Choose from our pproximately 35 classes each week. The open-air setting of the Group Exercise Pavilion will invigorate you while our talented instructors will make sure you stay fit and have fun! Our classes are characterized by plenty of individual attention and team support. And since we design our class offerings based on the interests of our members, our schedule does change accordingly.

Apex also offers specialized, fee-based classes, including taekwondo ,Yoga and dancing programs.
