Pilates/YOGO

 

  Members enjoy unlimited access to all weekly yoga classes. You'll find a range of styles with something for everyone. Our schedule features Ashtanga and vinyasa flow, both energetic practices designed to cleanse the body of toxins and promote good circulation of prana (life force). The Iyengar approach pays particular attention to alignment and detail, and uses props for those who are less flexible or who want a more therapeutic session. All of the Yoga practice delve deeper into a specific area of the body. All levels welcome.
 

Hatha Flow
  Hatha classes generally incorporate more than one style, with an emphasis on longer holds and specific breathing (pranayama) techniques. Our Hatha class connects one posture to the next in flowing sequences, while still focusing on accurate alignment. Emphasis is on quieting the mind, deepening the breath, and learning to build poses safely and intelligently. Appropriate for all levels.
 

Yoga Express

  This Iyengar-based workout of standing and lying postures is perfect for all levels. An amazing way to start your day!
 

Private Yoga

  Private yoga, much like personal fitness training, is tailored to your specific needs. You'll work privately with a yoga teacher (pick your favorite or we can help you choose) to create a practice that makes sense for your body and your level of experience.

 

   
Pilates
  Pilates conditions your entire body and promotes balanced musculature, flexibility, and agility. It is both an art form and an exemplary workout, which can help you enjoy daily activities and sports with greater ease and decreased risk of injury.
